Purchasing Officer - Fujikura Conec (THAILAND) LTD.

In this Purchasing Officer role, you will be responsible for managing purchasing activities to align with production requirements comprehensively. You will review Purchase Requisitions for accuracy and completeness, as well as source and evaluate suppliers based on Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD), and service capabilities. Your tasks will include obtaining and comparing quotations, payment terms, and delivery conditions, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and adherence to product specifications. Furthermore, you will manage non-conforming products, follow up on supplier corrective actions, and prepare reports related to purchasing and supplier performance. This position also supports inventory control, cost reduction initiatives, and compliance with the company’s quality and safety policies.
