Responsibilities
1. The officer is responsible for controlling production quality as well as products through the QC and production processes by inspecting and implementing the quality control procedures.
2. Recording and filing documents of quality control activities and completing an audit report.
3. Confirming specifications; conducting visual and measurement tests, and rejecting and returning unacceptable materials.
4. Ensuring that all processes and documentation are maintained properly and meet the quality standards.
5. Monitoring in-process production by confirming required specifications, conducting visual and measurement tests, and communicating required adjustments to the production manager
6. Addressing issues occurred during the processes and proposed solutions with the supervisor.
7. Assist the Head of Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs as requested.
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field.2. 0 - 1 year of experience in the medical devices industry or related regulated product is preferred.
3. Experience with ISO regulations.
4. Excellent computer skills, including MS Office and Google Suite.
5. Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain and teach methodologies.
6. Understanding of manufacturing methods and procedures.
