Responsibilities
- คิดและพัฒนาไอเดีย รวมถึงวางแผน Content ให้สอดคล้องกับ Brand Direction, Marketing Campaign และ Business Objectives
- สร้างและผลิตคอนเทนต์หลากหลายรูปแบบ เช่น บทความ, Social Media Posts, Static Visuals, Short-form Videos, Captions และ Scripts
- ดูแลกระบวนการผลิต Content ตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ ตั้งแต่การคิด Concept, Storytelling, Copywriting, การถ่ายภาพ/วิดีโอเบื้องต้น ไปจนถึงการตัดต่อวิดีโอ
- สร้างและปรับ Content ให้เหมาะสมกับแต่ละแพลตฟอร์ม เช่น Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube และ LINE
- ติดตามและอัปเดตเทรนด์ Social Media, Platform Updates, รูปแบบคอนเทนต์ที่ได้รับความนิยม และพฤติกรรมผู้บริโภคอย่างต่อเนื่อง
- วิเคราะห์และนำเทรนด์ที่เกี่ยวข้องมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อสร้าง Content ที่น่าสนใจและเหมาะสมกับ Brand และ Target Audience
- ทำงานร่วมกับทีม Marketing, Graphic Design, Media, E-commerce และทีมที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อพัฒนา Content ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
- ติดตามและวิเคราะห์ผลการดำเนินงานของ Content พร้อมนำเสนอ Insights และแนวทางในการพัฒนาคุณภาพ Engagement และ Performance ของ Content
- บริหารจัดการ Content Projects และ Deliverables หลายรายการให้แล้วเสร็จตาม Timeline ที่กำหนด
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมให้ Content เป็นไปตาม Brand Guidelines และ Communication Standards ของบริษัท
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาการตลาด, นิเทศศาสตร์, การโฆษณา, Digital Media, วารสารศาสตร์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 2–4 ปี ด้าน Content Creation, Social Media, Digital Marketing, Creative หรือสายงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีทักษะด้านการเขียน, Copywriting และ Storytelling ที่ดี
- สามารถสร้าง Content ได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ โดยเฉพาะ Article, Static Content และ Short-form Video
- มีความเข้าใจใน Social Media Platforms รวมถึงรูปแบบ Content และกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานของแต่ละ Platform
- สามารถใช้งานเครื่องมือสำหรับสร้างและตัดต่อ Content เบื้องต้นได้ เช่น CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, Photoshop หรือโปรแกรมอื่นที่เทียบเท่า
- มีความเข้าใจใน Social Media Trends และพฤติกรรมการบริโภค Digital Content ในปัจจุบัน
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์, มีความกระตือรือร้น, ใส่ใจรายละเอียด และสามารถทำงานในสภาพแวดล้อมที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงและมีความรวดเร็วได้ดี
- มีทักษะด้านการสื่อสารและการทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นที่ดี
- ต้องมี Portfolio ที่แสดงผลงาน Content ในรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Retail, Technology, Lifestyle หรือ E-commerce จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
