Responsibilities

  • Support E-commerce operations on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and other platforms

  • Coordinate product listings, pricing updates, promotion setup, and campaign activities

  • Support marketing campaigns, online promotions, and product launch activities

  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product performance

  • Prepare sales, purchasing, stock, and marketing reports

  • Coordinate with graphic/content/live stream teams for campaign execution

  • Support communication between internal departments and external partners in Chinese, Thai, and English.

  • Translate documents and communicate in Chinese, Thai, and English

  • Handle other business coordination tasks assigned

Qualifications

  • Good command of English and Chinese with proven HSK Certified

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, International Business, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with PivotTables, formulas, and charts is a plus.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with external partners.

What you will do
Job Summary

Help us run our online stores on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and more. You’ll manage listings, pricing, and promotions, support campaigns and product launches, and work with our graphic, content, and live stream teams.

You’ll also track competitors and product performance, prepare sales, purchasing, stock, and marketing reports, and handle translation and communication with partners in Chinese, Thai, and English.
