Accounting Manager - Winnergy Medical Public Company Limited

• Oversee consolidated and separate financial statements under TFRS for PAEs/NPAEs

• Prepare management reports, variance analysis, and business insights

• Manage tax compliance and tax planning (VAT, WHT, CIT)

• Review GL, AR, AP, commissions, and incentive calculations

• Strengthen internal controls and ensure regulatory compliance

• Coordinate with auditors, SEC, SET, and government authorities

• Advise business teams on accounting and tax matters

• Lead, coach, and develop the accounting team

• Drive accounting process improvement and digital transformation

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting

• 10+ years in accounting or audit

• At least 5 years of experience in consolidated financial statements

• Public company experience is highly preferred

• CPA or relevant professional qualification is a plus

• Strong knowledge of TFRS for PAEs/NPAEs and tax regulations

• Expertise in consolidated financial statements and management reporting

• Strong leadership, analytical, and advisory skills

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office

• High integrity and professional ethics
