Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze customer business requirements and technical challenges
- Design and propose solutions that align with customer needs and the capabilities of our products
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) sessions to build customer confidence
- Act as a technical expert, providing clear and professional answers to customer inquiries regarding our products and solutions
- Provide technical support to the sales team throughout the sales cycle, including preparing proposals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, particularly technical decision-makers
- Research and stay updated on competitive products and effectively communicate the differentiators of our solutions
- Lead the preparation and response to customer documents such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Information (RFIs)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Pre-Sales, Sales Engineering, or Technical Consulting roles
- Understanding of at least one of the following technologies: Zero Trust Security, Endpoint Protection, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Mobile Device Management (MDM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Identity and Access Management (IAM), or Cloud Security
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
