Responsibilities
1.ออกแบบจัดทำ Shop Drawing และทำรายการคำนวณเข็มคอนกรีตสปัน
2.คำนวณปริมาณงาน ราคาต่อหน่วยของค่าวัสดุและค่าแรงงานพร้อมทั้งจัดทำ BOQ งานแต่ละโครงการ
3.จัดทำงบประมาณสำหรับโครงการที่ได้งาน พร้อมทั้งรวบรวมเอกสารประกอบการคิดราคาและรายละเอียดที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
4.ตรวจสอบปริมาณงานและคุณภาพงานของผู้รับเหมาตามที่โครงการก่อสร้าง
5.ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของรายการอุปกรณ์/วัสดุ ที่จำเป็นต้องใช้ในไซด์งาน
6. จัดทำแผนงานย่อยเพื่อควบคุม ติดตามผลการสั่งซื้อ อุปกรณ์/วัสดุ เข้าไซด์งานและรายงานผลการปฎิบัติงาน
7.ตรวจสอบสัญญาและจัดทำ Report ประจำสัปดาห์และรายเดือน
8.งานอื่นๆตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย
Qualifications
1.เพศชายหรือหญิง
2.อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
3.วุฒิ ปริญญาตรี - ปริญญาโท สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา หรือสาขาอื่นๆที่เกี่ยวข้อง
4. ประสบการณ์เคยผ่านงานด้านประมาณราคางานก่อสร้างอย่างน้อย 2-3 ปี และมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุมจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
5.มีทักษะการติดต่อประสานงาน
6.ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
7.มีมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ดี และมัทัศนคติที่ดีในการทำงาน
8.มีความกระตือรือร้น พร้อมที่เรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ๆ
