Responsibilities
- Survey the amount of work and price in the BOQ used in the bidding.
- Compare unit price of material, labor cost, etc.
- Consider the estimation of the construction cost that has changed. (additional work)
- Prepare cost plans to enable design teams to produce practical designs for construction projects, which involves liaising with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Prepare reports and analyze project risks for efficient project cost management for the most benefit to the organization.
- Work as part of a team to ensure that the requirements of the client are delivered.
Qualifications
- Thai Nationality, Male/Female 23 - 30 years old
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Civil Engineering.
- At least 2-4 years of working experience as an estimator in a construction company.
- Experience in Estimation or technical sectors
- Good computer skills MS Office, Autocad, etc.
- High responsibility, ability to handle multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines is required.
- Knowledge of Construction law.
- Knowledge ISO9001 and ISO45001.
- Good communication in English, speaking, reading, and writing. (Toeic scored 500 up is an advantage)
- Have professional license at Associate or higher.
