เจ้าหน้าที่วิเคราะห์นโยบายและแผน (สัญญาจ้างเหมาบริการ) - The Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (Public Organization)

1. ติดตาม รวบรวมข้อมูลภารกิจงานของสถาบัน เช่น ผลการดำเนินงานโครงการของสถาบัน / ติดตามMOU / ติดตามข้อมูลตัวชี้วัด PMQA / ติดตามข้อมูลการประเมิน SROI / รวบรวมข้อมูลตัวชี้วัด Result chain

2. จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงานของสถาบันในการรายงานผู้บริหาร และหน่วยงานภายนอก เช่น กระทรวงพาณิชย์ สำนักงาน ก.พ.ร. สำนักงบประมาณ

3. บันทึกงานในระบบงานภายในสถาบัน และระบบงานต่างๆ ที่ต้องรายงานกับหน่วยงานภายนอก

4. ปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับสถาบัน หรือสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานโครงการของฝ่ายนโยบายและแผน หรือที่ได้รับมอบหมายจากผู้บังคับบัญชา

1. การศึกษาไม่น้อยกว่าปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์ รัฐประศาสนศาสตร์ สังคมศาสตร์ มนุษยศาสตร์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง หรือสาขาวิชาอื่นซึ่งมีความเหมาะสมกับหน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบและบทบาทที่ปฏิบัติ

2. ประสบการณ์การทำงานด้านการติดตามประเมินผล การประสานงานโครงการ การติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐและเอกชน (ถ้ามีจะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)

3. การใช้ภาษาอังกฤษทั้งฟัง พูด อ่าน เขียน ในระดับดี

4. การใช้โปรแกรมคอมพิวเตอร์ Microsoft Office ในระดับดี

5. มีทักษะในการคิดวิเคราะห์ การสื่อสาร (เขียนและพูดสื่อความ) การนำเสนอ และสรุปประเด็นอย่างเป็นระบบ มีตรรกะในความคิด

6. มีความสามารถในการติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานทั้งภาครัฐและเอกชน

7. มีทักษะการอ่านและการเขียน ในระดับดี
