Product Manager - PUMA Tools (Power Tools & Hand Tools) - Tirawat Air Compressors Co., Ltd.

Develop annual, quarterly and monthly business plans for the PUMA Tools portfolio, aligned with sales and profitability targets.

Manage the product lifecycle, including product selection, assortment planning, new product launches, portfolio improvement and discontinuation of underperforming products.

Prepare demand forecasts and purchasing recommendations using sales history, market trends, seasonality, promotions, supplier lead times and inventory targets. Work with Planning and Purchasing to maintain product availability while reducing stockouts, overstock and ageing inventory.

Manage pricing and profitability by analyzing product costs, competitor prices, channel requirements, promotions, gross profit and margins.

Analyze customers, competitors and market trends to identify product opportunities and improve product positioning.

Build relationships with suppliers and product principals. Work with Purchasing on commercial terms, minimum order quantities, lead times, product roadmaps and marketing support.

Coordinate new product launches with Sales, Marketing, Purchasing and Warehouse. Develop product knowledge and provide training, sales tools and technical product support to sales teams, product consultants and dealers.

Track and report sales, gross profit, margins, forecast accuracy, stock cover, inventory turnover, ageing stock and promotional results; recommend actions based on the findings.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

At least 4 years of experience in product management, category management, merchandising or commercial planning for physical products. Experience with power tools, hand tools, hardware or industrial equipment is an advantage.

Practical experience in demand forecasting, inventory management, pricing and product profitability analysis.

Able to understand technical products and explain their applications and selling points to commercial teams.

Strong analytical, negotiation and cross-functional communication skills, with evidence of improving sales, margins or inventory performance.

Proficient in Excel and comfortable using ERP or inventory reports. Able to communicate with overseas suppliers in English.
