Responsibilities
1. ศึกษา วิเคราะห์ และทำความเข้าใจกระบวนการทำงานปัจจุบัน (As-Is Process)
2. ออกแบบและพัฒนากระบวนการทำงานใหม่ (To-Be Process) ร่วมกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
3. ดำเนินการและสนับสนุนโครงการด้าน Digital Transformation, Automation และ IoT
4. จัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น Process Flow, Business Requirement และ Project Summary
5. ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานภายในและภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องในแต่ละโครงการ
6. ติดตาม ควบคุม และบริหารความคืบหน้าของโครงการให้เป็นไปตามแผนงาน
7. จัดทำรายงานสถานะโครงการ (Project Status Report) และนำเสนอผู้บังคับบัญชา/ผู้บริหาร
8. รวบรวม วิเคราะห์ และสรุปข้อมูลของโครงการด้าน Digital
9. จัดทำรายงานเชิงวิเคราะห์และ Presentation สำหรับนำเสนอผู้บริหาร
Qualifications
1 วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขา IT, MIS, Engineering, Industrial Engineering หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2 มีประสบการณ์ทำงาน 2 – 5 ปี ในด้าน IT, Digital Project, Process Improvement หรือ Manufacturing
3 มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้าน Digital Transformation, IoT, Automation หรือ ERP
4 มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์กระบวนการทำงาน (Process Analysis) และสามารถสื่อสารกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ได้ดี
5 มีความสามารถในการจัดทำเอกสาร วิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และการนำเสนอ
6 สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
7 หากมีประสบการณ์ด้าน Manufacturing / Factory / Smart Factory จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
8 มีความสามารถหรือประสบการณ์ในการใช้เครื่องมือ AI จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
9 มีทักษะการประสานงานและการสื่อสาร (Coordination & Communication)
10 มีความคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์ (Analytical Thinking)
11 มีความสามารถในการเรียนรู้และปรับตัวกับเทคโนโลยีใหม่ (Learning Agility)
