Responsibilities
- บำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมระบบไฟฟ้า รวมถึงอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบและแก้ไขระบบประปาและสุขาภิบาลภายในอาคาร
- ดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบปรับอากาศ (HVAC) และเครื่องทำความเย็น
- ตรวจสอบการทำงานของระบบสาธารณูปโภคพื้นฐานต่างๆ
- ปฏิบัติงานบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) ตามแผนที่กำหนด
Qualifications
- เพศชาย
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. ขึ้นไป ในสาขาช่างไฟฟ้า ช่างกล ช่างอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานช่างเทคนิคหรืองานซ่อมบำรุง 0-10 ปี
- มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา และเครื่องปรับอากาศ
- สามารถใช้งานเครื่องมือช่างพื้นฐานได้อย่างถูกต้องและปลอดภัย
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและรับผิดชอบต่องานที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
- สามารถทำงานเป็นทีมและสื่อสารกับผู้ร่วมงานได้ดี
- หากมีใบอนุญาตประกอบวิชาชีพช่างไฟฟ้า จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
