Process Engineer (Junior Level) - Mattel Bangkok Limited

Open to Fresh Graduates or Candidates with 1–2 Years of Experiences.

• Identify and define appropriate production line and production processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with manufacturing standards.
• Establish standard man-hours for each product to support production planning and cost control.
• Define and improve material handling methods to ensure efficiency, safety, and ergonomic operation.
• Identify critical process parameters that impact product quality and implement control methods.
• Monitor and control decoration processes (Direct Printing) to ensure quality, security, and compliance with requirements.
• Design and develop new toy nests and ensure proper manufacturing processes for new products.
• Lead and support improvement projects within the Decoration Department to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
• Conduct process experiments, analyze results, and summarize findings in technical reports based on engineering principles.
• Create, support, and implement cost reduction projects without compromising quality and safety.
• Explore, identify, and improve safety aspects in printing and decoration processes.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Engineering related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Experience in Jig & Fixture design.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems of machinery.
• Ability to operate basic machine shop equipment such as Lathe, Milling, Drilling, and Grinding machines.
• Good skills in computer applications including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to use engineering and design software such as AutoCAD, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Good communication skills in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
