วิศวกรโยธา (CM) - Arun Chaiseri Consulting Engineers Co., Ltd.

• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including Owners, designers, contractors, and relevant agencies.
• Manage and oversee pre-construction activities with a strong focus on high-rise building projects, including design coordination, constructability reviews, project planning, budgeting, tendering, contractor selection, and preparation before construction commencement.
• Conduct in-depth project reviews to establish deliverable schedules and estimate costs.
• Oversee all onsite and offsite construction activities to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Ensure projects are completed smoothly and meet established targets for Time, Cost, Quality, and Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE).
• Experience in managing large and high-rise building projects for 5 years or more.

• Thai nationality.
• Age between 29 and 49 years old.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil engineering or construction management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Strong knowledge and practical experience in civil engineering principles and practices.
• Possession of an Associate Engineer or Professional Engineer License.
• Positive work attitude and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to travel and work on assigned projects in the Northern and Southern regions of Thailand.
• This position is offered under a project-based employment contract.
• Direct work experience in the field is required.
• Ability to work on projects in Bangkok and other provinces.
