Responsibilities
- ลงพื้นที่สำรวจหน้างานศึกษาวิเคราะห์แบบและจัดทำรายการประมาณราคาและวัสดุก่อสร้าง (Bill of Quantities) วางแผนการก่อสร้าง
- ควบคุมตรวจสอบและติดตามการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา ให้ได้ตามรูปแบบ ได้คุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน ทำงานร่วมกับผู้เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อการถ่ายทอดข้อมูลที่ถูกต้อง
- ควบคุมงบประมาณในการก่อสร้าง ประสานงานกับผู้ควบคุมงาน, ผู้รับเหมาและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ตรวจสอบงานก่อสร้าง ทั้งด้านปริมาณ, คุณภาพและเวลา โดยใช้รายงานการตรวจงานอย่างสม่ำเสมอ
- ตรวจสอบและควบคุมความสะอาดและปลอดภัยของโครงการตามมาตรฐานที่ได้การกำหนดไว้อย่างเคร่งครัด
- จัดทำและตรวจสอบรายงานต่างๆ ที่รับผิดชอบ เพื่อรายงานความคืบหน้า
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมโยธา
- มีประสบการณ์ในการคุมงานโยธา และสามารถควบคุมผู้รับเหมาได้ อย่าง 1 - 3 ปี
- สามารถวางแผนการทำงานได้ดี
- ต้องมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกร
- มีไหวพริบในการแก้ปัญหาเมื่อเจอปัญหาหน้างาน
- รับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
- ต้องมี ใบอนุญาตขับรถยนต์ส่วนบุคคล หรือ ใบอนุญาตขับรถยนต์
