เจ้าหน้าที่ติดตามหนี้ภาคสนาม (Field Collector) ประจำจังหวัดยะลา - Krungsri Auto

• ลงพื้นที่เพื่อติดตามหนี้จากลูกค้าตามพื้นที่ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• เจรจาและประสานงานกับลูกค้าเพื่อหาแนวทางในการชำระหนี้ที่เหมาะสม
• ตรวจสอบข้อมูลลูกหนี้ รวมถึงที่อยู่ สถานที่ทำงาน และข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับช่องทางและเงื่อนไขการชำระหนี้แก่ลูกค้า
• จัดทำรายงานผลการติดตามหนี้และบันทึกข้อมูลการปฏิบัติงานลงในระบบ
• ประสานงานกับทีมงานและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาหนี้ค้างชำระ
• ปฏิบัติงานให้เป็นไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท กฎหมาย และข้อกำหนดที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• รักษาความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับลูกค้า พร้อมปฏิบัติงานด้วยความสุภาพและเป็นมืออาชีพ

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรอง การสื่อสาร และการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า
• สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและบริหารจัดการเวลาได้ดี
• มีใบอนุญาตขับขี่รถจักรยานยนต์หรือรถยนต์ และมีพาหนะส่วนตัว
• สามารถเดินทางและปฏิบัติงานนอกสถานที่ได้
