Responsibilities
- ประสานงานและติดต่อกับผู้ผลิตหรือซัพพลายเออร์ในต่างประเทศ
- จัดหาและเปรียบเทียบราคา สเปกสินค้า และเงื่อนไขการสั่งซื้อจากซัพพลายเออร์
- จัดทำเอกสารและดำเนินการสั่งซื้อสินค้าและบริการจากต่างประเทศ
- ติดตามสถานะการจัดส่งสินค้าและประสานงานกับฝ่ายโลจิสติกส์
- แก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้นระหว่างกระบวนการจัดซื้อและจัดส่ง
- จัดทำรายงานสรุปข้อมูลการจัดซื้อและประสิทธิภาพของซัพพลายเออร์
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การค้าระหว่างประเทศ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดซื้อต่างประเทศ 1-3 ปี
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทั้งการพูดและการเขียนในระดับดี
- ทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการสื่อสารกับผู้คนจากหลากหลายวัฒนธรรม
- ความเข้าใจในกระบวนการนำเข้า-ส่งออกและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและสามารถบริหารจัดการงานหลายอย่างได้พร้อมกัน
