Responsibilities

1.วางแผนงานระบบบริหารงานคุณภาพของบริษัทฯ

2.ควบคุมเอกสารระบบคุณภาพภายในองค์กรและเอกสารจากลูกค้า

-จัดทำขึ้นทะเบียน

-ควบคุมแจกจ่ายสำเนา

-เรียกคืนเอกสารฉบับล่าสมัย

3.จัดเก็บบันทึกคุณภาพและทำลายเมื่อครบอายุจัดเก็บ

4.จัดทำและปรับปรุงระเบียบวิธีปฏิบัติ , ขั้นตอนการปฏิบัติงานแบบฟอร์มที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปฏิบัติงานเพื่อปรับปรุง พัฒนาการทำงานให้มีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น

5.รวบรวมข้อมูลข้อกำหนดลูกค้าที่เกี่ยวข้อง และแปลงเป็นข้อปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานระบบคุณภาพ

6.ปฏิบัติตามและร่วมกิจกรรมการปรับปรุงคุณภาพต่างๆที่ลูกค้ากำหนด เช่น Quality Improvement ,Direct Delivery , Fast Response

7.อบรมให้ความรู้ตามมาตรฐาน ISO9001 และ ISO/TS16949

8.รับรองตรวจประเมินระบบคุณภาพจาก CB และลูกค้า พร้อมทบทวนรายงานผลการตรวจ เพื่อให้การปฏิบัติงานฝ่ายต่างๆสอดคล้องกับข้อกำหนด ISO9001 , ISO/TS16949

9.ตรวจประเมินองค์กร/กระบวนการผลิตของ Vender ร่วมกับฝ่ายจัดซื้อเพื่อคัดเลือก Vender รายใหม่และปรับปรุง Vender ปัจจุบันและติดตามการแก้ไขปรับปรุงของ Vender

10.ตรวจประเมินองค์กร/กระบวนการผลิตตามข้อกำหนดลูกค้าตามแผนงานหรือตามที่ลูกค้าร้องขอ สนับสนุนฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุข้อบกพร่องและทวนสอบประสิทธิภาพการแก้ไข ป้องกัน

11.ดำเนินการ Internal Audit ประเมินความสอดคล้อง ทั้ง system และ Process Audit

12.จัดทำใบแจ้งข้อบกพร่องจากผลการ Audit สนับสนุนฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องในการวิเคราะห์หาสาเหตุข้อบกพร่องและทวนสอบประสิทธิภาพการแก้ไข ป้องกัน

13.ทบทวนและวิเคราะห์ผลดำเนินการตามระบบคุณภาพและรายงานให้ผู้บริหารในที่ประชุมทบทวนฝ่ายบริหาร

14.ดำเนินการโครงการของฝ่ายงานให้ได้ตามเป้าหมาย

15.งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชาหรือบริษัทฯมอบหมาย

Qualifications

อายุ 25 - 30 ปีขึ้นไป

วุฒิการศึกษาระดับ ปริญญาตรี ทุกสาขา

มีประสบการณ์ตรง ด้านระบบคุณภาพ ISO9001:2015 / TS16949 อย่างน้อย 2 ปี

สามารถใช้โปรแกรม MS.Office ได้

มีทักษะทางด้านการสื่อสารที่ดี
