• ควบคุมกระบวนการผลิตให้ได้คุณภาพ มีประสิทธิผล และลดต้นทุน
• ควบคุม ติดตาม และลดความสูญเสีย (Loss) ในกระบวนการหีบอ้อย
• เก็บรวบรวมและบันทึกข้อมูลการทำงานของเครื่องจักร พร้อมวิเคราะห์ข้อบกพร่องเพื่อพัฒนาประสิทธิภาพและคุณภาพงาน
• วางแผนงานซ่อม และปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนด
• ตรวจสอบงานซ่อมบำรุงและปรับปรุงเครื่องจักรประจำปีภายในแผนก ตามแผนและที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับระบบมาตรฐานและข้อกำหนดของบริษัทฯ

• มีทักษะในการควบคุมเครื่องจักรขนาดใหญ่
• มีทักษะด้านการบริหารและดูแลบุคลากร
• สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
• สามารถใช้ AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้เป็นอย่างดี
• สามารถใช้งาน EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, POWER BI หรือโปรแกรมที่เกี่ยวข้องได้ดี
• สามารถอ่านแบบ P&ID ได้
• มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านระบบอัตโนมัติในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม

The Mitr Phol Sugar Group has been distinguished as one of the largest manufacturer and the most progressive producers and exporters of sugar in Thailand for over 60 years. At present, we export our sugar especially in the region of Asia, EU and Middle East. In 2006, our group received a concession on more lands for sugarcane cultivation and sugar mill construction from The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Cambodia.
