Industrial Engineer - Plymovent Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.

• Observes and quantifies current manufacturing processes and identify those needing improvement providing a first proposal idea.
• Working with the team to document all production steps and processes and set up time metrics/ line balancing.
• Monitors and reports production performance against goals, especially those related to waste, productivity and cycle time.
• Propose layouts on the shop floor to improve productivity.
• Provides input for efficiency, runtime and waste reduction to production
• Applies lean concepts and efforts as in Kaizen, standard work, 5S or other methods to improve productivity, reduce waste, improve safety and reduce cycle time.
• Design Jigs and tools for production to improve the productivity and maintain the quality of products.
• Assist the production management by giving trainings and explain processes and instructions.
• Will address performance issues to the management.
• Be part of the first link in the production process of new product introduction and works closely with the Production Management,
• Support the Senior Industrialization Manager with managing projects to improve products, improve or standardize processes or workflows.
• Work close with all teams to ensure timely communication to all stakeholders in regards to the project plan in particular where risks have been identified

• Bachelor degree in mechanical or industrial engineering.
• At least 3-5 years of experience in production field and proven improvement achievements.
• Ability to work in harmony with people with different skills and background is a must.
• The position will work in cooperation with foreign management and therefore good command in speaking, reading and writing of English language is a plus.
• Ability to use CAD tools, preferably SolidWorks.
• High ability to use MS Excel.
• Must have ability to work sometimes in stressful circumstances
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills
• Lean manufacturing principles and demonstrated use of the tools (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma)
