• รับมอบหมายงานบรรจุ จากผู้บังคับบัญชา และถ่ายทอดสู่พนักงานใต้บังคับบัญชาทุกระดับได้อย่างถูกต้อง
• วางแผนการบรรจุน้ำตาลแต่ละชนิด และแต่ละขนาดบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้เป็นไปตามเป้าหมายการขาย
• ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของพนักงานบรรจุ ให้สามารถ Operate เครื่องจักรระบบ Fully Automation ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• คิดค้นและหาแนวทางพัฒนาปรับปรุงพนักงานและเครื่องจักรให้มีคุณภาพสอดคล้องตามมาตรฐานต่างๆที่ต้องควบคุม
• บริหารงบประมานแผนกเพื่อควบคุมต้นทุนการบรรจุน้ำตาล
• ตรวจสอบบันทึกรายงานการปฏิบัติงานของแต่ละงาน
• ควบคุมดูแล ความประพฤติของพนักงานในแต่ละจุดงานเพื่อสรุปผลประเมินและนำเสนอต่อผู้บังคับบัญชาต่อไป
• ควบคุมดูแล ความประพฤติของพนักงานในแต่ละจุดงานให้อยู่ในระเบียบของบริษัท
• ดูแลความปลอดภัย รักษาความสะอาด และความเรียบร้อยภายในแผนก
• นำข้อกำหนดระบบมาตรฐานสากลที่โรงงานได้รับการรับรองมาส่งเสริม และประยุกต์ใช้ในงานที่รับผิดชอบ
  
  

The Mitr Phol Sugar Group has been distinguished as one of the largest manufacturer and the most progressive producers and exporters of sugar in Thailand for over 60 years. At present, we export our sugar especially in the region of Asia, EU and Middle East. With particularly strength in R&D and availability of raw materials, therefore we currently expand in related fast growing Ethanol, Biomass Power and Particle Board business. The group has been successfully operating five sugar mills in China (Funan, Chongzou, Tuolu, Ningming, and Haitang) for more than 13 years and newly start up the paper mill with a capacity of 60,000 tons per year in Chongzou. In 2006, our group received a concession on more lands for sugarcane cultivation and sugar mill construction from The Lao People’s Democratic Republic and Cambodia.
