Plant Manager

As a Plant Manager in food manufacturing, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and production targets are met.

Location : Sinsakhon Industrial Estate

• Planning and controlling all production processes.
• Monitoring and managing operational budgets and production costs.
• Managing and developing the team, including appropriate manpower allocation.
• Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 22000.
• Continuously developing and improving production efficiency and work processes.
• Managing inventory of raw materials and finished products.
• Managing equipment and machinery maintenance.
• Preparing operational reports and production results.
• Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including headquarters and the factory.

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (often preferred).
• Significant experience in a managerial role within a food processing or manufacturing facility (often 3-10+ years, sometimes more for larger facilities).
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies is often valued.
• Proven ability to manage large teams.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, GMP, and other food safety standards and regulations (such as ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 22000, CFIA, Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Environment, Health and Safety).
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Excellent project management experience.
• Proficiency in ERP software and other relevant technology.
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in budget management and cost-saving initiatives.
• Knowledge of sustainable and environmentally friendly practices.
• Ability to analyze and interpret production data.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and improvement tools.
