As a Plant Manager in food manufacturing, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the plant, ensuring efficiency, safety, quality, and production targets are met.
Location : Sinsakhon Industrial Estate
Responsibilities include:
- Planning and controlling all production processes.
- Monitoring and managing operational budgets and production costs.
- Managing and developing the team, including appropriate manpower allocation.
- Ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards such as GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 22000.
- Continuously developing and improving production efficiency and work processes.
- Managing inventory of raw materials and finished products.
- Managing equipment and machinery maintenance.
- Preparing operational reports and production results.
- Coordinate with various departments within the organization, including headquarters and the factory.
