- Monitor and support the performance of applications and systems to ensure availability and reliability.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in Linux/Unix-based environments.
- Develop and maintain Shell Scripts to automate operational tasks and batch job executions.
- Analyze system logs and database queries to diagnose problems and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with developers and infrastructure teams to escalate and resolve complex incidents.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in an Application Support or System Engineer role.
- Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix operating systems
- Strong skills in SQL for querying and analyzing data
- Proficiency in writing and debugging Shell Scripts
