1. Lead and grow the C&I Solar Rooftop EPC business with direct responsibility for revenue generation.
2. Develop, manage, and close a high-value sales pipeline to achieve aggressive annual revenue targets.
3. Present turnkey solar rooftop EPC solutions, including technical concepts, financial models, and ROI analysis.
4. Lead commercial negotiations, contract structuring, and deal closure.
5. Manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle—from sales and EPC execution to O&M.
6. Serve as the primary escalation point for customer issues and ensure timely resolution.
7. Collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, construction, and O&M teams to ensure smooth project delivery, operational excellence, and high customer satisfaction.
8. Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations and reports to C-level management, including sales pipeline status, revenue forecasts, key customer insights, performance metrics, and identified risks.
9. Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership to support business growth and decision-making.
10. Collaborate with strategic partners and existing suppliers to strengthen commercial relationships, improve competitiveness, and ensure supply reliability.
