Serve as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and third-party vendors.
Support clients throughout the project lifecycle, including onboarding, coordination, and post-event follow-up.
Manage client expectations and ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines.
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, marketing, product) to address client inquiries efficiently.
Gather and verify project requirements, creative assets, and other materials to ensure readiness.
Oversee system operations during live events to guarantee flawless execution.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in event operations, client service, or project coordination.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in both Thai and English.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
Service-oriented, with a genuine passion for helping clients succeed.
Self-driven and eager to learn new tools and technologies.
Flexibility to work occasionally on weekends or holidays (with compensatory time off).
