Commercial Solution Group Dealer & Fleet Solution Sales
บริษัท ไทยบริดจสโตน จำกัดThe position is fully responsible for whole Sales related to Commercial REP business, such as both New tire & Retread tire, and non-tire products & services to secure No.1 position in Thai market. This position “Solution Account Manager, Dealer & Fleet Solution Department (BSTL), that manage key customer accounts (dealer channels including retails, and end-users) in the responsible region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage >100Mil THB yearly revenue, >15K pcs yearly vol. for wholesale, Truck Center & Fleet Point shop network business, other dealers.
- Establish and execute a strategic sales plan for Commercial Business that expands Channel (Retail and BS Solution network) and End user business (B2B Business) to achieve sales targets.
- Execute business activity formulated in Company Commitment on Budget through firm PDCA and achieve business target.
- Generate business results committed during Company Commitment on Budget (Share, Unit, Price, Revenue, P/L).
- Enhance talent development and be the role model of businessperson.
- Continuously assess and improve sales processes and procedures to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on sales trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective action.
- Be the role model of TBSC/BSTL cultural transformation – passive to proactive, silo to connect, embrace change.
- High interest and passion towards business development and innovation
Key Areas
- End user business (B2B): Manage of B2B business to growth and gain more market share with new approach business model (New Tire + Retread Tire & Service, Non-Tire Products & Services).
- Retail Channel: Business models develop to sustain growth of business for FMC (BS truck tire Center, BS Fleet Point) with keeping high BS share and offer high quality of services to end-users.
- BSN (BS Solution Network): Sustain of business through BSN by more focusing End user approaching (Keep high BS share) and maintain business of Sub dealer (Wholesales business) management, including customers’ inventory control and price management.
- In line with the Company Commitment on budget, strategy and target, this position is highly expected to lead organization for sales achievement in terms of market share, sales unit, price and revenue and P/L.
- Effective Inventory Management to secure stable supply for domestic market.
- Demonstrate at least 6 years of working experience in a high-level sales position in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment, preferably working as sales & Solution Specialist.
- Demonstrate a successful record of accomplishing and exceeding goals in managerial positions while growing and scaling a sales organization of a sizeable business.
- Proven track record of success in the sales cycle from plan to execution.
- Experience in leading sizeable teams in matrix-based structure, collaborative organization setting and delivering results through cross functional teams and remote locations.
- Possess creative thinking, entrepreneurial spirit, and innovative leadership in developing new business models to engage a variety of diverse stakeholders and customers.
- Strong leadership abilities to direct and collaborate with teams, including the ability to identify talent, build teams, mentor and develop team members, and inspire performance that exceeds expectations.
- A role model, “hands-on” leader to collaborate effectively across all cultures and levels.
- Proven track record of managing cross-cultural and cross-functional business relationships across all stakeholders.
- Possess strong communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills along with excellent business skills, financial acumen, gravitas and executive presence
- Proven track record of success in driving change, achieving targets and working across the different regions/ countries and remote teams.
