Key Responsibilities- Provide day-to-day technical and functional support for business applications and manage the IT ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and perform root cause analysis to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal technical teams for system maintenance, upgrades, and complex problem resolution.
- Manage Application Change Requests (CR), conduct testing, and maintain system documentation.
- Monitor application performance to comply with service level agreements (SLA) and ensure IT governance adherence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency in support operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience 0-2 Years in application support, system analysis, or IT service management.
- Strong knowledge of IT ticketing systems and incident resolution processes.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with SDLC, system testing, and a strong service-oriented mindset.
