Job Description
- Conduct skill gap analysis and determine the strategic training needs of personnel at various levels. (หรือ Perform Training Needs Analysis (TNA))
- Design, develop, and update learning curricula, instructional media, and training documentation.
- Manage and control the annual training budget to achieve maximum cost-effectiveness.
- Serve as a facilitator/instructor for specialized courses and promote a culture of continuous learning.
- Manage all large-scale training projects, from planning and scheduling through to execution.
- Select, negotiate, and manage external training providers/vendors.
- Design and oversee the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program and develop employees into effective coaches.
- Create and conduct training related to Quality, Safety, and process improvement (e.g., Lean, Kaizen).
- Define metrics and conduct training evaluations after every session. (หรือ Evaluate training effectiveness)
- Collect, analyze, and prepare training summary reports with recommendations for presentation to management.
- Maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and manage all employee training records.
- Provide consultation and support to supervisors in resolving skill and competency issues within their operational areas.
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Science, Human Resources Management, or other related fields.
2.Experience: Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in training (Training/HRD) or personnel development.
3.Certification/Experience: Possess an internal trainer certification or prior experience as an instructor/facilitator.
4.Language: Able to communicate in English (TOEIC score of more than 450 will be given special consideration).
