1、End-to-End Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead recruitment for Chinese-speaking roles (e.g., engineers, finance specialists) and local Thai positions: draft job descriptions (bilingual), source candidates via LinkedIn, local job boards (e.g., JobsDB Thailand), and referrals; coordinate interviews (in-person/Zoom) with hiring managers (Chinese/Thai) and provide bilingual feedback.
2、Manage the onboarding process for new hires (both Chinese expats and local employees): prepare offer letters (compliant with Thai labor law), arrange orientation sessions (covering company policies, safety protocols, and cross-cultural collaboration), and follow up on 30/60/90-day integration to ensure retention.
3、Employee Relations & Cross-Cultural Communication
Act as a bilingual liaison between Chinese expats and local Thai teams: address employee inquiries (e.g., work permits, tax filing, company benefits) in Chinese and Thai, resolve minor workplace conflicts (e.g., communication gaps due to cultural differences), and escalate complex issues to the HR Manager.
4、Organize team-building activities (e.g., Chinese-Thai cultural exchange events, annual dinners) to foster a cohesive work environment; support employee engagement surveys (bilingual) and summarize feedback to propose improvement actions.
5、HR Administration & Policy Compliance
Maintain accurate employee records: update personal information, employment contracts, and performance documents; ensure compliance with Thai labor regulations (e.g., minimum wage, overtime rules, social security contributions) and Chinese corporate HR policies.
6、Assist with work permit and visa processes for Chinese expats: coordinate with local immigration consultants to prepare documents (e.g., employment letters, company registration proofs), track renewal deadlines, and ensure legal status compliance.
7、Performance Management & Training Support
Support the annual performance appraisal cycle: remind managers (bilingual) of deadlines, collect appraisal forms, and follow up on goal-setting and feedback discussions; compile performance data to assist the HR Manager in identifying high-potential employees.
8、Coordinate training programs: source local training vendors (e.g., safety training, Thai language courses for Chinese expats) and align with headquarters’ training requirements (e.g., technical skill workshops for engineers); track training attendance and evaluate program effectiveness.
9、HR Reporting & Ad-Hoc Tasks
Prepare monthly HR reports (bilingual) for the Thailand team and Chinese headquarters: include recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-per-hire), employee turnover rates, and training participation; assist with annual HR budget planning and expense tracking.
10、Support other HR initiatives as assigned (e.g., employee benefit updates, offboarding processes, or audits by Thai labor authorities).
