หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ

Drive sales of chemical raw materials for home and personal care products (e.g., surfactants, emulsifiers, thickeners, preservatives, fragrances, colorants).
Identify new sales leads and prospects in the home and personal care manufacturing sector.
Conduct field market research in Thailand to monitor trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Meet sales targets and KPIs through strategic planning and execution.
Initiate cold-calling, prepare sales materials, and creatively plan sales activities.
Provide technical advice and product support to customers.
Expand customer base and product distribution platform.
Analyze market conditions, competition, and customer purchasing trends.
Respond promptly to inquiries and maintain excellent customer service.
Manage sales reporting, forecasts, and collection of customer accounts.

คุณสมบัติ

• 5 -10 years’ experience in home and personal care ingredient sales.

• Have a good network with home and personal care manufacturing customers.

• Min degree holder in Chemistry or Bioscience

• Able to speaking in English

• Sales and Technical experience will be an advantage.

• Good sales and marketing skills are required.

• Dedicated team player with self-motivation, independent, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.

• Ability to analyze, make decisions and take appropriate actions for better results.

• Proactive in learning and contributing to organizational goals
