Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the food industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of quality management systems such as ISO 9001:2008, GMP, and HACCP.
Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented with strong leadership skills and the ability to solve problems effectively.
Capable of delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance to subordinates.
Fair command of English communication skills (reading, writing, and speaking).
Proficient in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience in Product Development (PD) or Research & Development (R&D) within the food industry is an advantage.
Able to work in shifts and under pressure.
Creative, detail-oriented, and open to learning and adapting to new challenges and changes.
