- Plan, control, and review accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare accurate and complete documentation for billing.
- Verify payment documents from each customer.
- Record payments received and prepare daily and monthly accounts receivable reports.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and outstanding payments.
- Check daily bank statements.
- Verify and manage gift vouchers and loyalty points.
- Summarize branch sales on a daily and monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly accounts receivable aging analysis reports.
- Maintain detailed records for each customer in an organized manner.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
- Age: 21–27 years old.
- Vocational Certificate or higher in General Management, Accounting, or Finance.
- Fresh graduates are welcome; no prior experience required. Experience will be considered an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly detail-oriented, honest, and responsible.
- Patient, dedicated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn and adapt to new challenges.
