Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
- Analyze machine failures and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to prevent recurrence.
- Improve equipment reliability, availability, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE).
- Plan and coordinate maintenance schedules with production teams.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure critical parts availability.
- Prepare maintenance reports, records, and technical documentation.
- Monitor maintenance costs and ensure activities remain within budget.
- Support equipment installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement projects.
- Supervise maintenance technicians and external contractors when required.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations.
- Maintain facility systems including electrical, compressed air, water, cooling, HVAC, and wastewater treatment systems.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and Kaizen activities.
- Develop and track maintenance KPIs including MTBF, MTTR, Equipment Availability, and PM Compliance.
- Provide technical training and guidance to operators and maintenance personnel.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in PLC systems, Inverters, Pneumatic, and Hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
