MFG Supervisor - บริษัท แมกเนคอมพ์ พรีซิชั่น เทคโนโลยี จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Liaison with production manager, to follow work regulation / schedule of company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Control WIP and inventory in production line control.
• To meet out put target and quality required from each section.
• Manage leaders and operators to achieve work targets.
• Control the discipline and 5s per company regulation.
• Ensure all reports are being followed and updated regularly.
• Support activities for KPIs improvement.
• Motivate all leaders and operators continuous improvement of work.
• Ensure all operators to follow the work instructions.
• Be in charge of any tasks as assigned by supervisors.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field or higher, minimum 3 years direct experience at Manufacturing or experience equivalent.

Skill Required:                  

• Speak and write English.

Experience: 3 years.
