Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Forecast and analyze production capacity to prepare for production readiness.
- Analyze and plan production and raw material procurement in alignment with sales plans.
- Review and adjust production plans to meet schedules.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual production planning reports.
- Establish production structure and plans, including budgets, manpower, and production timelines.
- Coordinate with related departments and external companies to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage inventory in accordance with company systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Working Hour: 07:50-16:50 (Mon-Fri Saturday Working: 1-2 times per Month / average 17 SAT per year)

- Age 35-45 years
- Any Gender
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 5 years working experience about Production Control, Planning from any manufacturing industry.
- At least 1 year experience managing subordinates as Supervisor level.
- Must have strong ERP experience that can lead or implement EPR system.
- Conversation daily-middle level in English. (Able to do report and e-mail in English)
- Able to use MS Office. (Excel)
- Able to attend face to face interview.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering is an advantage.
- High level in English. (Can communicate smoothly in English)
- Have working experience about Production Planning in Rubber, Plastic or Automotive industry is an advantage.
