Responsibilities
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Supervise warehouse daily operations and logistics activities
- Monitor inbound and outbound processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
- Control and maintain inventory accuracy
- Supervise and develop warehouse staff and provide training when required
- Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, safety regulations, and company standards
- Coordinate with related departments and customers regarding warehouse operations
- Support continuous improvement activities to enhance operational efficiency

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics supervision in Logistic industry.
- At least 1 year of management experience as Supervisor level.
- Conversational daily-middle level in English. (Able to do report and e-mail)
- Experience of warehouse management systems and inventory control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Able to attend face to face interview.
- Experience in using SAP system is an advantage.
- Has Hazardous Materials Certificate is an advantage.
Languages skills:
- English: Conversational
- Japanese: None
