Responsibilities

About this role
This is a role in Sea Freight Operation where you will be part of our back-line team in processing shipment and coordinating with other department in the company as well as oversea offices.

Duties and responsibilities
• Back line function in coordinating within Internal Hellmann, Network, Carrier and Customer
• Primary point of contact for Documentation part, SI and VGM submission as well as amendment and invoicing.
• Processing an Export shipments as per Shipping Instruction or SOP, this includes a full coordination with oversea offices, other stations and carriers
• Ensure a smooth Documentation and Invoicing process
• Work according to industry standard as well as Hellmann rules and regulations
• Provide feedback on shipment and process improvement to Supervisor or directly to Head of Department

Qualifications

• Thai nationality, aged 25-35 years old
• Bachelor’s Degree in business management or related field
• Ideally 2-4 years of working experience in Freight forwarding Business
• Minimum 1-year direct experience as Sea Freight Customer Service or Documentation
• Sound knowledgeable in Europe or Trans - Pacific Trade (North and South America) will be considered as a plus
• Strong attention to details with excellent follow-up
• Energetic, Well-organized, Self-Initiated and good coordination skill
• Good knowledge in MS Office (Word / Excel) and Outlook
• Good command of spoken and written English

Benefits:
5 days working, Performance Bonus, Annual Leave 14-20 days, Provident Fund 3%-10%, Group Insurance IPD & OPD 1,500 THB/30 times/year and Uniform.

Work location: Lake Rajada Building, Asoke, Bangkok Head office
