Vehicle Purchasing, Importing & Logistics Management:

• Manage end-to-end vehicle ordering, purchasing, and import processes to ensure smooth inbound operations.

• Coordinate inbound logistics, shipping schedules, and customs clearance to guarantee timely vehicle arrivals.

• Proactively monitor production schedules, order status, and transport tracking to maintain optimal stock levels.

Sales & Vehicle Supply Coordination:

• Lead the development of vehicle ordering and allocation plans based on accurate demand forecasting and historical data.

• Act as a key bridge in supplying vehicles and managing inventory distribution to support the sales team effectively.

• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Logistics, and Finance) to align vehicle supply with market demand.

Sales & Order Operations Management:

• Develop and implement streamlined order processing workflows to enhance operational efficiency and organizational KPIs.

• Maintain meticulous records of Wholesale (WS) vehicle history and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of sales documentation.

Strategic Data Analytics & Forecasting:

• Synthesize complex sales and inventory data to identify market trends and support data-driven decision-making for senior leadership.

Inventory Integrity & Systems Management:

• Maintain high-level data accuracy within vehicle information systems, generating standardized inventory reports and real-time tracking to prevent discrepancies.
