Responsibilities
- Review and prepare import-related documents such as Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists
- Coordinate with shipping lines, customs brokers, and relevant government agencies
- Monitor the status of incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Record import data accurately into the company's system (Ifreight System)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field, or a field related to Logistics Management
- 1-3 years of experience in Import Documentation
- Understanding of import processes and related documentation
- Proficiency in basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Meticulous and capable of managing documentation effectively
