Procurement Engineer - บริษัท ฟูจิคูระ คอนเนค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Source and evaluate new suppliers for raw materials, spare parts, equipment, and manufacturing components to ensure quality, cost competitiveness, and delivery performance.
• Manage supplier selection, RFQ/RFP processes, price negotiation, and contract discussions to achieve the best total cost.
• Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and maintain purchasing data accurately in the ERP/SAP system.
• Analyze customer demand forecasts and collaborate with Supply Chain Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, delivery, and service, and drive continuous supplier improvement.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities through sourcing strategies, supplier development, and value engineering.
• Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to support new product introductions (NPI/NPD) and engineering changes.
• Resolve purchasing and supplier-related issues to prevent production interruptions.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Drive continuous improvement projects to optimize procurement processes, inventory levels, and purchasing efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, Mechatronics, Manufacturing, or related fields).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Procurement Engineer, Purchasing Engineer, Strategic Sourcing Engineer, Supply Chain, or Supplier Management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, sourcing strategies, cost analysis, and negotiation techniques.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar is an advantage.
• Knowledge of RFQ, BOM, PPV, Vendor Management, Cost Reduction, Inventory Control, Lean Manufacturing, and Supply Chain Management.
• Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Experience in the Automotive, Electronics, Connector, Electrical Components, or Manufacturing Industry is highly preferred.
