• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Plant Engineering, Facility Engineering, or Utility Engineering in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience with SCADA systems, including system monitoring, troubleshooting, configuration, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of PLC, HMI, Industrial Networks (Ethernet/IP, Modbus, ProfNet, etc.), and automation control systems.
• Experience in utility systems such as HVAC, Air Compressor, Chiller, Cooling Tower, Electrical Distribution, Water Treatment, or Boiler will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Good command of English is preferred.
