Purchasing Officer - บริษัท ฟูจิคูระ คอนเนค (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Plan and execute purchasing activities in alignment with production requirements.
• Review Purchase Requisitions (PRs) to ensure completeness and accuracy of purchasing requirements.
• Source and evaluate suppliers based on Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) and service capabilities.
• Obtain and compare quotations, prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with product specifications.
• Verify supplier qualifications and maintain the Approved Supplier List (ASL).
• Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers on product specifications and quality requirements.
• Manage non-conforming products and follow up on supplier corrective actions and Non-Conformance Report (NCR) closure.
• Monitor supplier performance and support supplier evaluation and development initiatives.
• Identify and develop new suppliers and alternative sourcing options.
• Support Cost Saving and Cost Reduction initiatives.
• Monitor purchasing quantities and support Inventory and Non-Movement Inventory Control.
• Prepare purchasing and supplier performance reports.
• Support compliance with company policies, quality, environmental, occupational health & safety, and business continuity requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Proficiency in English communication.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Purchasing Officer.
