1. Assessment and Treatment

• Conduct physiotherapy assessments, including medical history, movement, strength, flexibility, and functional ability.

• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals based on each client’s needs.

• Deliver appropriate treatment within professional scope, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and other approved techniques.

• Monitor progress, review outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as required.

• Identify conditions requiring further medical assessment and refer clients to appropriate healthcare professionals.

2. Rehabilitation and Sports Performance

• Design and supervise rehabilitation programmes for sports injuries and musculoskeletal conditions.

• Support clients in returning safely to daily activities, exercise, and sport.

• Collaborate with coaches and personal trainers to adapt exercise programmes to clients’ rehabilitation needs.

• Provide guidance on injury prevention, recovery, mobility, posture, and movement techniques.

• Conduct functional assessments to support return-to-sport decisions within professional scope.

3. Client Care and Education

• Explain assessment findings, treatment options, and expected outcomes clearly.

• Obtain informed consent before assessment and treatment.

• Provide home exercise programmes and practical self-management advice.

• Deliver professional, respectful service while maintaining client privacy and confidentiality.

• Support educational workshops and member wellness activities.

4. Clinical Administration and Safety

• Maintain accurate and timely assessment records, treatment notes, and progress reports.

• Follow professional standards, internal procedures, and applicable requirements.

• Ensure treatment areas and equipment are clean, safe, and ready for use.

• Report incidents, equipment defects, and clinical concerns promptly.

• Coordinate appointments and follow-up sessions with the relevant teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Physiotherapy / Physical Therapy.

• Valid professional licence to practise physiotherapy in Thailand.

• At least 2 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.

• Experience in sports rehabilitation, musculoskeletal physiotherapy, or a sports and fitness environment is an advantage.

• Current First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
