Responsibilities
1.Handle daily shipment operations from booking to final delivery.
2.Coordinate with carriers, trucking companies, agents, customers, and internal teams.
3.Follow up on shipment status, vessel schedules, container movements, and delivery arrangements.
4.Prepare and check shipping documents, including Booking, SI, BL, Pre-alert, and other related documents.
5.Provide timely shipment updates to customers and handle customer inquiries.
6.Monitor shipment progress and proactively follow up on any delays or operational issues.
7.Coordinate with the relevant parties to resolve shipment problems and ensure smooth operations.
8.Maintain accurate shipment records and update the internal system regularly.
9.Work closely with the Billing team to ensure all shipment charges and supporting information are complete.
Qualifications
1.Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping, or customer service is preferred.
2.Good understanding of ocean freight operations and shipping procedures.
3.Good communication and coordination skills.
4.Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
5.Able to work under pressure and handle multiple shipments simultaneously.
6.Good command of English and Thai. Chinese is an advantage.
7.Proficient in Microsoft Office.
