Facility Engineer - บริษัท เอ็นจีเค เซรามิคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

• Plan and implement facility and equipment improvement projects based on operational requirements and user requests.
• Perform and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for facility systems, including air conditioning, fire protection systems, lighting systems, and other utilities.
• Manage facility-related activities and coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and external service providers.
• Monitor maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
• Investigate facility-related issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and maintain facility-related documentation, reports, records, and work procedures.
• Effectively manage and control team resources, materials, tools, and maintenance budgets.
• Report project progress, maintenance status, and operational issues to the direct supervisor in a timely manner.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• 4+ years of experience in facility or maintenance engineering within manufacturing.
• Fair command of English skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• PLC knowledge (Mitsubishi) is an advantage.
• Engineering License is preferred.
