Responsibilities
• Overseeing all aspects of store management, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.
• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations including sales team, beauty therapists, admin, and support staff.
• Coordinate closely with doctors and therapists to align treatment plans with client expectations.
• Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as daily sales, foot traffic, customer retention, etc.
• Lead by example in achieving monthly sales targets with high customer satisfaction.
• Ensure all client records, stock usage, and financial transactions are recorded accurately and securely.
• Manage team schedules, leave approvals, staff motivation, and internal training when needed Ensuring the store maintains a high level of visual merchandising and brand consistency.
• Leading, training, and motivating a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborating with the marketing team to promote products and events
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a sales or retail management role, preferably within the aesthetic/beauty clinic.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of motivating and developing high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to drive informed decision-making
- Adaptability and problem-solving skills to handle various store operations and customer inquiries
- Passion for the aesthetic/beauty industry and the ability to stay up-to-date with market trends and industry best practice
