Responsibilities
- Lead technical planning, proposal review, and technical assurance for critical project issues.
- Review tender documents, specifications, drawings, and Bills of Quantity (BOQ).
- Develop overall construction strategies and solutions for critical works during tender technical planning.
- Evaluate technical proposals for compliance, constructability, design integrity, program/resource alignment, and potential technical risks.
- Provide technical support for clarifications, meetings, and tender presentations.
- Assist ongoing projects with major methodologies, design challenges, shop drawings, and other technical issues.
Qualifications
- Thai nationality is preferred.
- Ability to work in Bangkok with willingness to travel as required.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil, Structural, Bridge, or Geotechnical Engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to independently review English tender documents, specifications, and drawings.
- Strong English technical writing and communication skills.
- Understanding of engineering design principles.
- Proficiency in technical planning.
- Strong technical review skills.
- Sound constructability judgment.
- Experience from a top-tier conference, engineering consultant, or contractor design department is a plus.
- Structural or bridge design experience is a plus.
- Experience with infrastructure projects in Thailand or Southeast Asia is a plus.
- Possession of a Thai Professional Engineer (PE) license is a plus.
