Supply Chain and Operations Specialist (Ratchaphruek 12) - บริษัท เลดวานซ์ (ไทยแลนด์) จำกัด

● Prepare Proforma Invoices (PI) and invoices accurately in a timely manner

● Act as the primary point of contact for clients on PI confirmation and related inquiries

● Coordinate with finance teams in Thailand and China to ensure timely payments

● Work with the factory in China to schedule shipments and meet delivery timelines

● Arrange and manage inbound freight to Thailand and neighboring countries

● Track shipments, oversee the movement of goods, and ensure on-time delivery to clients

● Manage stock and SAP updates, and report on shipments, inventory, and payments

● Support sales and marketing with product availability and order status.

● Be responsible for inventory of the warehouse in Thailand

● Oversee end-to-end (full functions) logistics and supply chain management of goods

● Other tasks as assigned by the line manager

● Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field

● Strong English writing skills

● Chinese proficiency in both speaking and writing (HSK5 or above) (optional)*

● Preferably 1–3 years of experience in import/export operations or within the supply chain field

● Experience in startups or familiarity with Chinese business models is a plus

● Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Office tools; basic SAP knowledge for stock and inventory management is desirable

● Highly organized and able to meet tight deadlines

● Having good skills in planning, organization, coordination, and negotiation

● Familiarity with logistics procedures and import customs regulations

● Detail-oriented, quick learner, and proactive problem-solver

● Comfortable managing projects independently
