Responsibilities

1. Omnichannel Promotion Strategy
    Develop promotion strategies and tactical campaigns across:
    Physical showrooms
    E-commerce platforms (website, marketplace)
    Selected B2B / project-driven channels
    Plan annual and quarterly promotion calendars aligned with:
    Sales targets
    Product lifecycle
    Inventory and margin considerations
    Design promotion mechanics such as:
    Price-off / bundle offers
    Room-set or built-in solution promotions
    Online-exclusive vs showroom-exclusive offers
    B2B volume or project-based incentives
2. Showroom Traffic & Conversion Activation
    Create campaigns that drive foot traffic to showrooms and improve in-store conversion.
    Coordinate with Showroom Operations and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure:
    Clear promotion communication
    Proper in-store setup and POSM
    Consistent execution across all branches
        Equip sales teams with:
    Promotion scripts
    Upsell / cross-sell guidelines
    Clear promotion mechanics and conditions
3. E-commerce Promotion & Online Conversion
    Work with Digital and E-commerce teams to:
    Translate promotion concepts into online campaigns
    Optimize landing pages, product bundles, and checkout promotions
    Ensure alignment between:
    Online promotions
    Showroom campaigns
    Pricing and promotion terms
    Monitor online performance metrics such as:
    Traffic
    Conversion rate
    Promotion-driven revenue
4. B2B Promotion Support (Selective)
    Support B2B and project sales with:
    Campaign-based selling tools
    Limited-time commercial offers
    Promotion packages for developers, designers, or corporate clients
    Ensure B2B promotions align with overall pricing and brand positioning (Premium Mass).
5. Cross-functional Coordination
    Act as the central point of coordination among:
    Marketing (Brand, Digital, Content)
    Sales (Showroom, E-commerce, B2B)
    Product, Pricing, and Inventory teams
    Supply Chain and Operations
    Ensure all promotions are:
    Properly briefed
    Stock-ready
    Executed on time across channels
6. Campaign Execution & Control
    Manage end-to-end campaign execution including:
    Promotion brief and timeline
    Communication materials and sales tools
    POSM and online assets
    Coordinate with agencies and vendors where required.
    Troubleshoot execution issues across channels in real time.
7. Performance Tracking & Optimization
    Track and analyze campaign performance with KPIs such as:
    Promotion-driven sales contribution (≥20%)
    Showroom traffic uplift
    Online conversion rate
    ROI by channel
    Conduct post-campaign reviews and propose improvements for future activations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales, 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good understanding of consumer and shopper behavior
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skill
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in planning and executing promotional activities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Good command of English (both written and spoken)

The company originated in 1978 as importer and distributor of furniture fittings and accessories from Europe. Modernform started manufacturing and marketing of office furniture in 1980, and subsequently expanded its business scope to cover residential furniture and kitchen units.By 1990 Modernform Group consisted of altogether 9 business units, of which 5 were marketing units and 4 were manufacturing operations.
